Features for end-users

  1. Pin a conversation as Favorite

  • Now, organization users have the option to add or remove one or more conversations from their favorites.
  • The ability to synchronize between webchat and mobile devices (iOS and Android) is available.

Benefit: Facilitate fast access to pinned conversations for webchat and mobile users.

Features for administrator

  1. Map provider configuration for Web console*

Since version 4.0, platform administrators can create and configure map servers at the platform level and define which map provider will be displayed for mobile users in each organization (for sharing location, displaying pins on a map, etc.).
Platform administrators can now also set the map provider for the Web Console, allowing dispatchers to follow users’ locations, create and share pins on the map, and more.

Benefit: Platform administrators now have a user-friendly interface to configure their map servers. Each organization can support different map servers and assign one per department.

* Streamwide does not provide any Map server, but only the interface to configure and use your own.

Technical feature

  1. My Mission data support on an external DB & storage

  • My Mission data can be automatically moved to a separate database and storage system, separate from Team on Mission, by organizations using a mechanism.
  • Supported storage options include MongoDB and S3.
Benefit: Ensure that My Mission data is stored for extended periods and fully exploited.
