  1. Pin a conversation as Favorite

  • Organization users can now add or remove one or more conversations from their favorites.
  • Synchronization is supported between webchat and mobile (iOS & Android).
Benefit: Enable webchat and mobile users to quickly access their pinned conversations.

Technical feature

  1. My Business data support on an external DB & storage

  • Organizations now have a mechanism to automatically push their My Business data to a different database and storage system, separate from Team on the run, for long-term storage.
  • MongoDB and S3 storage are supported
Benefits:  Store My Business data for extended periods and fully exploit them.
